Can I order an M Connect device on the Miele Manufacturing website?

Yes! If you order an M Connect device, Miele Manufacturing will verify that you are in the M Connect program.

  • If you still need to enroll in the M Connect program, our team will contact you within 1 to 2 business days and ask you to complete the necessary paperwork.
  • If you are already an M Connect member, no further action is required, and we will process your order promptly.

Can I enroll in the M Connect program and use it with another wireless device?

No. Hardware and connectivity plans are not compatible with any existing other hardware brands. These rates and prices only apply to the M 22 and M 55 device(s) offered with data rates through Miele Manufacturing.

Can I purchase only Single SIM devices?

Yes, you can select Single SIM options when purchasing a M Connect on Miele Manufacturing's online store.

  • Verizon supports the Single SIM connection and AT&T's SIM will be disabled.
  • Verizon and AT&T are Dual SIM connections.

Can my Dual SIM devices be made into a Single SIM?

For assistance to change your Dual SIM device to Single SIM, call 570-244-3123, Ext. 4.

Does the M Connect require a router?

If you own a M 22, you will need a router.

If you own an M 55, you do not need a router. However, if you need more internet ports for the M55, you will need an unmanaged gigabit switch.

Do I have to operate skill games to enroll in the M Connect program?

No! Anyone can enroll in the M Connect program, which was designed and tailored to the needs of Amusement Operators.

  • The M 55 and M 22 are compatible with Pace-O-Matic skill games, TRTs (Ticket Redemption Terminals), Jukeboxes, and other Amusement Devices.
  • For ATM Operators, Miele Manufacturing offers the M 22 for ATMs only with exclusive rates and features such as unlimited transactions as low as $4.95 (Single SIM) or $8.90 (Dual SIM). The M 22 for ATMs will only be disabled if used on a device other than an ATM.
