Nicole Miele has been with the company since 2010. After a fifteen year career in radio advertising sales and management, Nicole joined Lou to help with the family business. She began managing their sign company, FAST SIGNS, and has since moved to public relations, marketing, and advertising for Miele Manufacturing. Nicole is dedicated to great customer experiences, creating awareness for Pennsylvania Skill, and making a difference in their native community of Williamsport.
Along with her responsibilities at the office, she enjoys spending time with her children, decorating, cooking, live music, singing, and acting in Community Theater. Nicole is also deeply committed to community voluntarism and sits on two charitable boards, as well as running her passion project: Angelina’s Song Foundation, founded by Nicole and Lou in 2017, in which they help fund music therapy for children suffering from pediatric cancer.
Jeff Millay has rejoined the family business. Jeff's experience in vending started at a young age sweeping up the shop (and playing Pac Man) to later having a full time route and being trained as a mechanic. At the same time, Jeff wanted to pursue his love of the concert lighting industry and developed his own lighting business.
Jeff performed lighting for professional performers such as Toni Bennett, Stevie Wonder and including the President of the United States. That business is still around today and run by Jeff's amazing wife, Shannon. Together they have two wonderful children. Jeff then went corporate. Jeff joined The Home Depot and successfully climbed the corporate ladder.
With the support of Family, Jeff decided after 20 years that he wanted to rejoin the family business and utilize his vast experience to drive great customer service, deliver high quality products and develop great relationships.
